As of the statement date
a FINANCE CHARGE is determined by applying a periodic rate of 2.0%
per month (CORRESPONDING ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RTE OF 24.0%) TO ACCOUNT
BALANCES OVER 30 DAYS OLD. Agriculture accounts will be extended
credit for a period of 2 months subject to a FINANCE CHARGE before
they are in default. Non-agricultural accounts must be paid in 30
days from statement or be in default. Accounts in default will be on
cash only terms. Payments are applied to the oldest balances before
the FINANCE CHARGE is determined. It not correct, please notify us
promptly. |
